Refunds & Returns
UPDATED RETURNS POLICY. We have extended our returns, meaning that should for any reason you be unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us for a full refund before 1st February 2021.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns until after 4th January 2021 so please bear with us until then.
Keep in mind that we cannot accept any jewelry that is custom designed, engraved or anything that has been already resized. Any items returned must still be unworn in pristine condition in order for your return to be processed. Any jewelry sent back to us will be subject to assessment before any refunds can be processed.
Once your jewelry has passed our quality checks, we will contact you via phone or email and process your refund within 10 working days. Please note that any refunds on a finance application may take longer than 10 working days.
How to Return Your Jewelry
For security purposes, please use the original packaging to send your jewelry back to us or a similarly sized package.
Please include a note in your package explaining the reason for your return. This will help us process your return faster.
